International Day of Peace 2026 - What Can We Do For Peace?

Peace Day Philly is the local initiative for the UN International Day of Peace, September 21. For over 15 years, Peace Day Philly has offered and encouraged activities and programs related to personal, local and global peace on and around September 21.

Gather with us virtually to observe the International Day of Peace. Listen to inspiring speakers on topics of global peace, local peace organizing and ways to bring non-violence ideas and skills into everyday life. Mindfulness and compassion meditations, a special guest, and a change to share ways you will practice for peace in your world. Please invite your local and global peace networks!
